4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Tasted multiple times at GABF. This became my all time favorite at the festival. Almost all I tasted for 3 hours were IPAs and IIPAs and I went back to this one as the standard (at least to my palate). It sums up nearly everything I find likable in this style. I would swim, bathe, shower, and sleep in this if possible. How’s that for hyperbole?

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Lazy Dog Growlers in Macon area, dated 10/1/14, poured 11/25/14. Hoping for the best after almost 2 months. Pours cloudy golden with a massive creamy white to off white head. Nice citrus aroma with light pine and grass, some honey sweetness and light maltiness. Flavor is lots of tropical citrus, way over the top malt sweetness, some strange off flavors. Nearly completely flat, dry left on the palate. Hoping I just got a bad bottle or something here. Not very good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Exotiska frukter och svag citrus doft. Doftar gott.
Smaken är som saften från konserverad frukt. Besökande kommer tydligt efteråt. Inte den citrus bomb jag väntat mig. Men en bra öl.

1pt 6 fl oz. bottle @C.R., Avilés. 27-04-2014.
In short: overhopped ale.
Pours dark gold-amber, quite clear, with almost no head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Malty, honey, caramel aromas. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste follows the nose, caramel, some honey, fruity and a good hop punch, quite bitter, and then dry and bitter aftertaste, Enjoyable, but unbalanced.

Bomber into a glass. Nice gold pour with a thick, creamy white head. Aroma of pine, mango, tropical fruits, and pineapple. Taste is assertively bitter, but balanced with a nice sweetness.Cereal, tropic fruits, more pineapple. Long lasting pine bitterness. Way too easy drinking for the ABV.
