Oct 13, 2009 Bottle pours brown-red with a minimal tan colored head. Aroma is caramel, rye, and burnt molasses. Carries over into the flavor as well, with additional notes of cola, red apple, and a certain nutty yeastiness. Starts sweet and finishes dry. Nice overall balance and definately no lack of interesting characteristics.

Sweet flavour of malts, caramel, rye bread and hops.
Hoppy finish.
