Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF tasting. First beer after roof came down (I was into re-rating Allagash Curieux when the roof came down...). Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some hops and mild notes of spices. Flavour is fruits, some herbs, mild earthyness as well as some slight saltwatery notes.
