(bottle - 22 oz) Hazy orange pour with white head. Lots of spicy hops and citrus notes in the aroma. Pine resin and bitter peppery hops. Light undertone of citrus. Surprisingly mild aftertaste.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangegoldenes Bier mit geringer aber schönen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig herb, fruchtig, tropische Früchte. Geschmack stark malzig bitter, fruchtig herb, minimal würzig.

Appearance: Intense, Translucent Copper; Fluffy, off-white head; Great Retention; High visible carbonation; Great Lace; A truly beautiful beer.
Smell: Grapefruit; Lemon zest; Pine; Pineapple
Taste: Pineapple; Grapefruit; Pine; Bitter aftertaste
Mouth-feel: Big Carbonation; Medium Body; Sweet, slightly yeasty finish
Overall: Fantastic. I would like it to be a little cleaner on the finish, but it is bottle conditioned… Overall, I’m thinking I will go release another cat in the brewery if it will result in beers like thi

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
22 oz. Bomber into a snifter glass.. Bottled 1/16/14.
Hazy light amber appearance with a huge 2 finger soapy off white head, great lacing.
Aroma is huge hoppyness, pine, resiny orange with tropical fruit undertones. As it warms up more fruit scents come through.. peach/lemon lime, pineapple..
Taste is hop forward, huge hop bitterness, very crisp.. Grapefruit peel, orange.
Overall this is a beautiful example of your west coast style DIPA. Super smooth and deceptively drinkable. I could drink this all day, or at least I think I could.. It doesn’t get much better than this fellas..

4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Still remains one of my all-time favorite DIPAs. The aroma is pungent citrus with some slight tones of booze. The flavor is the same, big dank Cascade/Centennial hoppiness balanced against a just barely noticeable malt back and an 8.5 ABV.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy orange with a large, quickly settling white head. Aroma is peach, apricot, grapefruit, gooseberry, , resin, and some esters. Taste is apricot upfront, with peach, grapefruit and gooseberry in the mix as well. Some lychee and kiwi also present. A very good IIPA!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Lovely caramel and citrus aroma. Hazy amber color, white head. The flavor is like the aroma, nice citrus, little bulllegum. The finish is citrus, grapefruit bite, some floral. Medium in body. Very nice IPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma - West Coast hops and grapefruit dominate
Appearance - body is orange, the liquid is hazy, the head is white and frothy about 2", it settles into a foamy moat with initial dappled lacing and on the follow pour results in full on bottom to top full lacing
Taste - big West Coast hops, some grapefruit like citrus, malts are diminished and hard to identify
Palate - body is between light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is average, the finish is long and hop strong.

Tap. Hazy orange pour with a finger of white head. Citrus, pine, tropical fruit, floral. Initially light but almost sharp but not overwhelming carbonation, bitterness and sweetness follows. Very balanced and easy to drink
