Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2011. Pours cloudy orange with a large white foam. Grapefruit, pine and mango. Crisp, dry, hoppy and smooth mouthfeel. Ends dry and bitter. Nice.

Orange hue with creamy white lasting head, yeast particles must be unfiltered, smells sweet malt and orange citrus hops, some spice, not wildly bitter, medium creamy texture, very nice IPA, felt the alcohol

A fresh smelling IPA - plenty of spicy notes in the nose with just a hint of Christmas orange notes. A bit of alcohol and a hint of pine. Delicious beer - well balanced, sweet malt backbone and very bitter on the finish.

Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a tall, long lasting sticky white head. The aroma is grassy pine. The flavor is well balanced between the smooth hop bitterness and the underlying malt sweetness. Good overall IIPA.

A big time IPA. Really enjoyed this double IPA. Has a really fresh hoppy flavor to it. Incredible palate and great earthy aftertaste. Quality!

Draft. Enjoyed at SD Toronado. Poured into a pint glass a slightly hazed amber color with a 1 finger white head. Danky, thick aroma of grapefruit, orange rind, and slight pine. Medium mouthfeel. Sweet grapefruit start gives way to a really nice building bitterness. Nice lace left on the glass. Overall, a very solid and enjoyable DIPA. Easy to drink.

22 oz bottle. Like a lot of things by Port, and had never saw this before, so I thought it might be worth it. Pours a hazy golden/bronze color with a big puffy light tan head. Smells of citrus, a lot of fresh hops, a bit of a floral smell, and a hint of alcohol warming on the nose. Tastes like a bunch of hops, mixed in with some light citrus, a bit of dried fruit, and a little bit of a floral mix, with no real alcohol bite. Decent body for an IPA, but not as much stickiness or bite as I was expecting. Very decent brew by Port.

Bomber from Beer Heaven in Philly. Hazy rich amber poor supporting a medium thick off white head. Aroma bursts of citrus and pine needles. Explosion of tangerine at first sip with hints of coffee, vanilla and a bit of milk chocolate all reigned in with a healthy malt backbone. Silky mouthfeel with enough carbonation to cleanse the palate leading to a bitter dry finish. Beautifully balanced. A west coast IIPA that defines the style.

22 oz. bottle, pours clear golden / copper. Aroma is very piney hops, with tropical fruits. Flavour of intense piney, resinous hops, an herbal quality, loads of fruit, balanced just enough with caramel malt. Beautifully crafted IIPA.

Bottle. Pours clear golden/orange/yellow. Aroma predominantly of citrus and hops. Flavour of pine hops, citrus fruits and orange peel. Very hoppy, nicely bitter.
