22 oz bottle. Pours opaque honey color. Aroma of citrus, floral, touch of pine. Flavor is citrus, caramel, pine. A great mix of sweetness up front transitioning to a bitter finish. My first taste of Port and I am impressed.

On tap. Pours a fairly clear dark gold with a small head and decent lacing. Smells a weak floral citrus. Tastes fine, above average, cut below top notch with slight medicine alcohol prominent. Finishes with a nice level of bitterness and a respectable aftertaste.

Bottle from 1/4/16. Deep hazy golden color with a lot if visible carbonation. Small fluffy white head. Resin and pine with some citrus fruit. Unfortunately flavor doesnt bring the same love. Lacks complexity and flair. Rather average taste for an ipa.

Fruity hoppy aroma. Heavy heavy ipa. Big hops really bitter. If you want a face slappin ipa this is it. At 8.5% its one to drink a small glass of. Really good.

On tap. Clear yellow orange with small white head. Aroma fresh citrus and floral hops. Medium body with light carbonation and touch of alcohol. Strong citrus and tropical flavors with some spice and malt balance but mostly hoppy and bitter, quite nice.

Pours crystal clear straw with a lovely white head which billows and looks almost marshmallow like in it’s volume and density. Aroms is nice resiny hops which grassy, summer notes which invite you to drink this on a very hot day (as per the label). Unfortunately I can only assume this was on old bottle as the hop flavours promised in the aroma were not present and as this is not a particularly malty IIPA (I find the malty ones tend to retain their hoppiness better) it was just like a normal IPA with a few aspirins dissolved in. Over active carbonation and the flavour just wasn’t there. Knowing Port Brewing’s commitment to IPAs this must have been an old bottle and I for one am very disappointed but will try again when I can be guaranteed freshness.

Amazing fresh hop aroma. Tangerine, melon, passion, resin, malts. Taste is medium bitter, nice agrum finish. Lovely.

Straight forward overwhelming bitterness with notes of resin and grapefruit peel. Body is medium thick with medium carbonation. Good head. I drunk the hole thing with pleasure but it wasn’t about sublimity or compromise at all. Which is good.

From the bottle at American Comedy Company. Seeing Dana Carvey. Golden orange pour with a nice fluffy head. Aromas of fruit. Peaches and citrus. Grass and grapefruit flavors with a nice bitter finish. Pretty good.

Perfect golden hue with thin 1 finger lace. Chinook hops, strong nose, balanced. Big hop taste. Ok overall.
