Picked some up at the release of Older Viscosity. Pours black with a moderate creamy tan head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, some dark fruit, but just a little. Taste, it starts of with lots of bitter sweet coffee and then comes a booxy sort of bittersweet chocolate. Nice mouthfeel and very nice overall.

Pours dark black with a medium tan head. Nice flavor, some sweetness comes through. Feels a little thinner than it looks. Alcohol is well masked. Very nice imperial.

2007 22oz Bomber . Pour is pitch black with very little head. Tastes of milk chocolate, serious brown sugar, with a nice warming hint of alcohol. Slight bittersweet coffee aftertaste. 22oz bottle. Pours very deep brown, nearly opaque, with a moderate sized brown head. Roasted malt aroma with bittersweet chocolate, brown sugar and herbs, with some vinous quality. Rich chocolate flavor up front, with some spice. Coffee flavors come in towards the finish, along with alcohol and some hops. Finishes dry and moderately bitter. Body is a bit thinner than I expected. Very drinkable; nice stout.

Nice tango of roasted malts, deep fruits and bakers cocoa touch the nose. No astringency which is the IMPY stout killer for me. Slightly sweet and mildly hopped on the palate this beer dances a wonderful depth and silky mouthfeel at the same time.

Bottle from Pantanap 2006 version. Thanks man! Pour is ink black with a small but enticing brownish head. Aroma of chocolate, roasty malts and caramel. A bit of alcohol and sweet fruits present too. Flavor is roasted malt and chocolate like. Full bodied. Nice and creamy. I want to try a fresh version of this to compare.
