COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer Pale Ale is our version of the iconic West Coast-style Pale Ale. Our brewer’s decided this beer should be all about the hops. Therefore, we brew it without any crystal malt. In choosing to brew a beer this way, we are left to focus solely on the expressive nature of the hops they choose for this beer.

Very hop forward, probably called an IPA anywhere but the left coast, but I appreciate that the call this an APA because it is not unbalanced, it just seems to let the hops float above the malt. Quenching, a bit floral, citrus, maybe some light peach/nectarine. Good stuff.

Probably killed my objectivity on this one by downing four hop bombs before, but still goes down easy and great for style. Hazy orange pour with great head and lacing. Light hay and citrus. Light bitter finish. Tap at Sovereign Savor event.

Pours golden orange with a white head. It smells bright with citrus, stone fruit and had pale malt. It has a medium body with some heft and mild carbonation. It has the aroma notes along with spice, pine and zest. Really nice.
