3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Murky lemon and orange color ( probably due to being shaken up) with a frothy white head. Lemon and sour aromas. Lemon and grains of paradise with a slight Brett funk and dryness, but this could be the hops. Good bitter bite which is slightly offset by a light sugary sweetness. Finishes dry and bitter, but smooth. A very interesting and tasty summar ale from Port.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Systembolaget Hansa.
Hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma and taste of pineapple, light soap, some hay and hints of cookies. Medium bitter and with a medium mouhfeel. Not a bad one but it felt slightly old.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Pine Box, Seattle. Brownish-orange, soapy foam. Fruity aroma, fresh and inviting. Medium sweet, well balanced malt-forward pale. Very tasty, juicy clean hops are great. Very clean, super solid, bittering hop finish. Just what I’m looking for in an American Pale Ale.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured an orange-amber color with a medium sized creamy orange-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was faint with tangy pine notes. The flavor was dry, bitter and piney with a tangy middle that sweetens a bit. Medium length finish with lingering bitterness. Medium body. Meh.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Grapefruit and pine set in a neutral malt base. This one really blurs the distinction between and IPA and an APA. I’d call this an IPA based on the assertive hop profile. Regardless its decent.
