| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 17, 2009 Dark amber with a sizable off white head. Good amount of lacings. Aroma was a bit less than expected but nothing bad. Taste was fruity grapefruit medium bitter hops with a good amount of sweet malts for the IPA style. Hops became a bit leathery toward the finish. Nice IPA, may have been a bit old as the date was 12-06-09.
I would like to try a fresher version sometime. alagnak (327), Littleton, Colorado, USA
