Port Brewing Wipeout IPA

pours a light to medium orange, pine, citrus, decent hop bite. delicious bitter almost sour finish

On tap magnificent, in the bottle its just different. Bright orange with a big sticky head. Aromas of grapefruit, citrus, and old rain water. The hops were plentiful, but astringent. I’m very indifferent about this beer.

Pours a hazy orange/amber with a decent off white head. Aromas is very citrusy, floral, hops. Flavor was very much the same, with some good resin. I had this after the Hop 15 so my palate may have been a little off after that one :)

Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. The aroma is sweet and hoppy and the body is very smooth. Flavor is well balanced with an awesome floral and grapefruit hop bomb. Very good.

A hazy golden orange ale with a thin white head. A wipeout of hops, very floral, roses, resinous, wow! In mouth, a party...wondrous IPA with floral mix of hops, cooling menthol. Rich and complex. Tasted April 2007.

Pours a golden amber color - really awesome to look at. The head if small, white and mostly diminshing. The aroma smells a little of fruit juice, hops, and lemon. The beer initially tastes a tad bit waterey, then quickly evolves into bitterness that holds through to the very end. However, the beer does not linger in your mouth for very long - its a very smooth IPA. Its pretty easy to drink. I am not a fan of bitter beers, but to me, this is better than some of the IPAs ive tasted!. Just my take.

Highly bittered IPA. Complex flavors -- sweet fruit, citrus, yeast and certainly hops - in the initial and developing taste. Finishes bitter and somewhat smooth. Good pour.

Pours a golden amber in color with a nice inch and half of head. Smell is citrusy, juicy hops. The taste is more of the hops, but is incredibly smooth and balanced. I can’t get over how easy drinking and balanced this IPA is. Clean and non lingering in the mouthfeel. Too smooth to be 7%. Very nice beer.
