Bottle. [Amager – Mikkeller Brew session @ Amager Bryghus] Large off-white creamy head that mostly lasted. Cloudy golden / orange color. Good display of lacework. Aroma of grapefruit, elderflower, apricot, caramel, fruit. Over the palate notes of pine, citrus and again fruity notes. Full bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with counter sweetness. Lingering bitter finish.

Bottle: Muddy golden pour with a smaller white head. Instant gratification in the aroma. Huge hoppy notes of citrus and resin. Plenty of malt too. Very clean and crisp hoppy flavor, floral and citrus goes well with the maltiness. Lingering bitters dance along my palate. Really quite good.

Bottle, at Yngwie´s xmas-tasting. Aber color, off-white head. Aroma is so hoppy, and I love it. Classic IPA/APA with lots of hops and fruit, bitter and sweet. Balanced. Nam-nam.

Poured a dark blond color in the glass with a nice white head. Smelled of light citrus and distant tropical fruit. Taste was all hops, citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, with a big piney finish. Very dry at the end. I think the malt was non existent in this one. Good thing the hops tasted so good.

Pours light orange/amber with a soft white head that leaves thick lacing behind. Very floral hop aroma, light hint of pine, big citrus grapefruit character. Flavor is dominated by the hops, malts don’t show very much, almost soapy quality to it due to the big dry hopping. Solid floral hopped IPA.

22 oz bottle. 2007. Enjoyed on New Years eve with friends. Clear golden pour wit a light head and plentiful carbonation. Lightly sweet caramel aroma with citrus hop notes. The flavor is where it is at! Excellent IPA. The malt backbone to this is perfect in my opinion with light biscuit notes and the perfect amount of caramel holding up terrific heaps of initial citrus then pine hops. Just a hint of sweetness. The bitter side of this is big but not harsh in anyway. Medium semi-dry mouth feel. This thing is just about perfect. If I had about a dozen more bottles I might just have another 5 in my rating list.

Bottle. Pours a nearly opaque orangy amber with medium white head. Aroma is full of hops, pine and citrusy with a hint of some weird urine type smell. Flavor is moderately bitter but full of sweet malts. Finish is on the shorter side but pleasantly bitter and hoppy. Good IPA.
