(bottle). Cloudy copper color. Medium size frothy, off-white head. Strong hoppy citrus aroma. Spicy hop flavor. Avg duration. Smooth finish with light bitterness. Slick texture. Soft carbonation. Good lacing.

This one was in my fridge too long. Despite that, it held up well over time. There was a nice pine, citrus hop aroma and the beer was nicely balanced with good hop and malt flavors. I think some of the bitterness mellowed out over time but the beer held up well otherwise. This was a pretty good IPA.

Nice orange color with a sticky white head. Excellent aroma of fruity hops. This had a subtle but distinct piney taste with a welcome bitterness at the end. I really like West Coast IPA’s and this is one of the best I have had so far. I wish we could get Port Brewing/Lost Abbey beers here in Colorado... Bottle at home ... amber ... small rising bubbles ... big foam head ... light sweet light caramel hop nose ... juicy hop ... some american pale ale ... little soapy ... some citrus ... little pine... just not working for me ... perfectly drinkable ... but bit blah

Source: KLWines.com Glass: Tulip Aroma: Citrus and Pine, nice but not overwhelming. Appearance: Beautiful golden color, almost glows. Flavor: I get a lot of pine in the flavor, and really like it. It has a really nice bitterness to it, what I’m looking for when I get an IPA, and the slightest bit of sweetness at the end. Palate: Lively carbonation pairs very nicely with biting acidity. Overall: Solid IPA. I dig it.

22oz - Nice representative example of the style, but not worth seeking out. This bottle traveled a lot, and it may have lost something on the way. This may be better when fresher.

Bottle from Bman1113VR in this years summer secret santa. Thanks man! Pours a very hazy apricot gold with a huge dense creamy white head. Big citrus and pine aromas with a touch of malt behind it. Little bit on the thin side of medium but nice spicy flavor with some sweet fruity notes to it. Big grapefruit bitterness that hangs around for a while. Very well done.
