22oz. bomber. Somewhat dirty brass colored pour. Not a lot of foam, and no lace. Strong grapefruit/citrus aroma and flavor. The hop varieties seem balanced, but there is not an overpowering bitterness. The beer really begins to shine as it warms just a bit, so don’t go ice cold on it. Very nice IPA.

Pours a golden amber color - really awesome to look at. The head if small, white and mostly diminshing. The aroma smells a little of fruit juice, hops, and lemon. The beer initially tastes a tad bit waterey, then quickly evolves into bitterness that holds through to the very end. However, the beer does not linger in your mouth for very long - its a very smooth IPA. Its pretty easy to drink. I am not a fan of bitter beers, but to me, this is better than some of the IPAs ive tasted!. Just my take.

Highly bittered IPA. Complex flavors -- sweet fruit, citrus, yeast and certainly hops - in the initial and developing taste. Finishes bitter and somewhat smooth. Good pour.

Bottle thanks to golubj.
Pours a golden amber in color with a nice inch and half of head. Smell is citrusy, juicy hops. The taste is more of the hops, but is incredibly smooth and balanced. I can’t get over how easy drinking and balanced this IPA is. Clean and non lingering in the mouthfeel. Too smooth to be 7%. Very nice beer.

Golden-orange in color with a small, off white head with very good lacing. The aroma is of hops and citrus with a hint of caramel. The flacor is of citrus with a very hoppy overtone and was bitter throughout. The texture was watery. I’d say its a first class beer with a good kick: very aggressive; I like it alot.

Great old stand-by reviewed at Lost Abbey. Appearance is a translucent dark yellow hue, thin layer of white head, light lacing on the glass. Smell is clean and crisp bread malts, light citrus hops, subtle aromas but well-balanced. Taste is initially characterized by pine and citrus hops, some hints of grass and pine, background flavor of pale malts, finishes bitter with slight alcohol warming. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied, oily and slick texture, mild carbonation. Drinkability is high, an amazing single IPA with a great SoCal style, the hops are well-balanced with malts and do not overwhelm, very "sessionable"... I could drink this one all night long.
