sunevdj (1362), Copenhagen, Denmark May 8, 2008 Pours a clear sparkling amber with a small off-white head. Quite bitter with a hint of caramel aromas. Lots of bittering hops. I could spot the amarillo and the simcoe. Medium bodied. Also some residual sugars. High carbonation. Long bitter finish. Good.
