Pours a clear sparkling amber with a small off-white head. Quite bitter with a hint of caramel aromas. Lots of bittering hops. I could spot the amarillo and the simcoe. Medium bodied. Also some residual sugars. High carbonation. Long bitter finish. Good.

Aug 6, 2008 At Lost Abbey and Pizza Port Carlsbad. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Peach fruity and light orange fruity hops aroma. Dry hoppy and mild caramel malty for base flavour. Fruity hoppy and light spiced flavour with a solid bitterness following. Ends dry and fruity hoppy, light burn in the far finish.

Jul 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear dark amber with a white head that dissipates quickly. Big bitter hops aroma with sweeter citrus notes. Taste is crisp and very bitter, lots of hops, with an herbal hint. Lingering bitterness. Very refreshing and tasty.

Jul 15, 2008 Bomber. Lightly hazy orange pour. Strong bitter hops aroma with pine and citrus. Insanely hoppy flavor burns the tongue a bit. Grassy, citrusy, tart. A very tasty beer for sure, but not a lot of balance.
