Hazy orange-gold, big long-lasting white head. Huge citrus and resin aroma, with an enigmatic fruitiness. Again, beguiling fruits on the palate-- the usual citrus pith, but also melon, passionfruit, guava.... Nice smooth malt structure in perfect balance. Outstanding!

I had a couple FatHead IPAs beforehand and this couldn’t hold a candle. They went for balance between hops and malt. I prefer a balance between a variety of hops and minimal malt in my IPAs. I have had much worse however

Poured from the bomber into a snifter. Medium amber with a cream colored head. Aroma has some sweet and bready malt notes and a nice dose of grapefruit hop notes. Flavor is similar with the addition of some piney and floral notes. Medium bodied with nice bitterness. Overall a very tasty IPA.

Drinked from bottle
intense pine/resin plus sweet fruity like hoppy nose with enough malt sweetness as in aroma as in taste. Easy drinkable although body seems thick, even a bit sticky. Enough lasting hoppy dry finish. Bitterness in taste is medium+, but well balanced indeed. Liked.

Bomber from Marina Liquors in Seal Beach. Citrusy and spicy nose, quite zesty. Light orangeish/amber color, with one finger of creamy off-white head. Citrus right off, great hop blend emerges in mid palate, some piney notes, good tropical fruit, and a tiny hop burn in finish. Soild west coast stuff.

An outstanding hoppy IPA with a fresh aroma and golden/cloudy appearance. The taste is fresh and a bit fruity with a lot of fine carbonation. The palate maintains the clean fresh taste, not muddy like many strong IPA’s. Overall a very hoppy IPA with the right price. Available under $4.00 to $4.50 at several San Diego location for 22oz. which makes it a great buy. Currently my favorite. I buy it by the case!
