COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Monumental IPA is a rich copper color, and is intensely hoppy. We add a special blend of American hops throughout the brewing and fermentation process to create a complex combination of aroma and flavor. This ale exhibits floral notes, flavors of citrus and resin, combined with delicious caramel background notes. The balanced style will keep the palate fresh and invite the drinker back into the glass.

Lightly sharp, pretty e-z with the hops. Lite floral notes in the aroma. A bit of caramel and citrus pith. Good, but it seems more like a pale ale than a monumental IPA.

On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Moderately hazy amber body with a creamy light tan head.
Aroma: The aroma is mild but has oranges and floral notes, perhaps some lemon and lime as well.
Taste: This is moderately sweet with a light bitterness. The hops provide a sweet orange flavor with a slightly dry floral with toasted malts presence on the finish.
Palate: Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
Overall: This is a very easy drinking IPA, it’s nicely balanced and refreshing. I wouldn’t spend $12 on a 6 pack of this though.

On tap at brewery. Coppery, yellow color with hazy appearance. Pillowy head that quickly dissipates. Classic piney/grapefruit hop aroma. Hits you at the front.top of mouth and the bottom half of the tongue. Larger carbonation. Pretty average IPA.

12oz bottle in a shaker. Pours amber with a thick, off-white head. Aroma of floral and citrusy hops, plus a little pale and caramel malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend of hops and malts. Average texture. Not the best, but not a bad IPA either.

Nice IPA. Lots of citrus and pine in the aroma. The flavor is all hops with just a bit of the malt sweetness in the back ground. Finishes dry and refreshing.

Somehow less aromatic than the range’s pale ale, light fruit and caramel. Rough resinous bitterness. Decent for all that but tastes like an IPA made because you have to make an IPA these days, lacking the good decisions made elsewhere in the range.

Pours cloudy orange with a moderate hop aroma. An unfiltered hop flavor that finishes sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
