3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at Nationals stadium. (Recap from website). Brewed with raw wheat and oats, and steeped with coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise. This ale is a pale golden color with a bit of cloudy haze from bottle conditioning. This unfiltered ale offers layers of complex, nuanced flavors that evolve in the glass. It finishes crisp and refreshes the palate. Decent but not amazing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale straw-colored beer with a fizzy bright white head. Spicy nose of coriander, bitter orange, and slight sour yeast. Flavor has some good spice upfront that gives way to a mild sweetness and ends with a slight bitterness that lingers. Surprising layers of flavor for a wheat beer, this is pretty decent.
