Pours a hazy golden color with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, oranges and coriander. Well-balanced taste of sweetness from the wheat and orange along with the typical Wit spiciness. A decent witbier.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Churchkey. Served in a tumbled.
Pour is a cloudy light orange color with a pretty decent amount of haze. White head with some pretty sticky lacing. Overall, a good start. Nose is creamy and full of rich wheat plus some orange zest, coriander, and slight spice. Nice and well-rounded without any taking the front.
Taste is equally as good as the nose. Very pleasant wheat base with a touch of spice along with some nice citrus character. The mouthfeel really takes it away. Light body is enhanced by a nice wheat base and there is a touch of spice throughou along with a nice orange presence. Fairly light carbonation carries it through. Drinkabiliy is really nice. This is quite quaffable even after a 15-minute walk through the cold.
Very glad to add the first beer for this place. It’s a good feeling to finally have a local brewery that’s actually in my town.

Bottle. Pours a yellow orange haze. Aroma is solid for a witbier, sweet from the orange peel. Sweet front, sour finish on the tongue. Palate is solid for style, some minor hint of fizz that throws me off. A solid wit, good alcohol %, I would easily order this beer many times while out in DC/VA.

Serving: Draft at Fireworks. It pours a cloudy brownish yellow with a pillowy white head. Decent head retention and spotty lacing left behind. The nose is light with bits of lemon and clove. The flavor is spritzy and light with touches of lemon, wheat, and clove. A little thin. Light and a bit watery in the body with high carbonation and a short clean finish. Fit for easy drinking in the summer. Or as the Northern Virginia Cougar Killer as Jesse says.
