Bottle. Amber brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, spices with a bit of nuts and chocolate. Flavour is dried fruit, caramel, some spices.

Bottle. Pours clear very dark chestnut with a diminishing frothy beige small head. Aroma is roasted malt, raisin, cinnamon, coffee, chocolate, burnt malt, citrus, peppers and wood. Taste is light+ sweet, bitter and light acidic.
Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is moderate. Finishes very dry with a lingering burnt/smoky bite.

Bottle from bierkoning, amsterdam. Hazy reddish brown color, brown head. Aroma is alcohol, wood, cognac, sweetness. Full bodied taste, sweetness, licorice, little alcohol, yeast.

375 ml bottle, thanks to K0mpsa. Dark brown, hazy liquid with pretty big head. Strong bite and alcohol comes through too much. Still aromas of rye and toasted nuts are pretty well presented. All in all good taste but just too strong for me.

Brown beer with light brown fluffy head. Aroma is wierdish plums. Taste is Belgian with licorice. Finish is dry licorice? Maybe its sometying else but licorice is my word for it. Would be good but too much alcohol.

375ml bottle in a tulip. Pours dark brown with a thick, lacy, light tan head. Aroma of spices, fruits, a little pepper, some caramel and chocolate, plus a light bitterness. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything and dark fruit finish. Average texture. Not a bad beer.

Bottle. Dark brown almost black beer with amedium offwhite head. Spicy anddark fruits aroma. Alcohol, fruity flavour with some nutty and licorice notes.

Belgian strong pushing the edge of being a strong stout, great lacing and color, aroma is great and after taste is pleasing. On tap at brewery.

Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, berry, spicy, raisin, plum, wood, oak, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, raisin, wood, beery, alcohol, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20130406]

Sticker till lite i näsborren. Söt från alkoholen. Akoholhalten skiner igenom alldeles för mycket. Smaken är söt med en viss hetta från chili?!
