Completely black with a firm, staying, creamy, beige head. Lovely aroma, whiskey, dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, mild liqourice. A hint of berries. Soft carbonation, creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is elegantly oaky, lots of sweet whiskey, dark chocolate, murmurs of coffee, vanilla, vinious. Chewy malts. Very lovely, lingering bitter dry oakiness. Lovely.

Bottle at cgarvieuk’s courtesy of Stephanos - thanks! Deep brown/black, slightly bubbly beige head. Big oaky alcohol nose, slight creamy chocolate underneath, soft whiskey notes also. Sweet chocolate syrup front, slight whiskey again, strangely artificial, slightly salty perhaps. Creamy mouthfeel, slightly boozy whiskey on the finish. Interesting.
