The discription is right, it is smooth, but I think that is due to the lack of flavor. Worst offering from the Porterhouse.

Appearance:Clear gold pour with a thin white head.
Aroma:Biscuit malt and a hint of diacetyl.
Flavor:Reflects the aroma, with biscuit malt dominating and a hint of diacetyl. A mild bitter finish.
Palate:Light body with solid carbonation.
Overall:Refreshing beer, but lacking in taste and body.

On Keg in Porterhouse Covent Garden. Filtered clear amber lager. Creamy white head. Nose is grain and grass, dry straw. Taste is watery but light straw and biscuity bitter tang. Easy to drink.

On tap at the brewpub. paler straw color with more yellow with white head. Aroma is corny and grainy with lager yeast light, dry. Sweet lemon and light grain, some spicey hops but faint, meant for your industrial lager drinker. Active carbonation over watery body. Meh.
