Brewed with fresh oyster. A smooth drinking aromatic stout with a discernible but unidentifiable aromatic aspect. Not suitable for vegetarians. This gently flavored stout has a roast malt character, full body and an aromatic character from the Goldings hops. Fresh oysters added during the brewing process, lend a discernible yet unidentifiable note.

Nydt i pint, fra flaske. MHT 23-09-15. Afslutningsvis noget saltet. Lækker traditionel østers stout!

Old rating. Dark brown pour. Chocolate sweetness, touch if salt, a touch of bitterness. Decently creamy. Not bad.

Great black color with tan head. Dry malts, dark fruits in the aroma. Taste is rich for the ABV, good and not watery at all. Very nice bitterness in the end, a bit of salt even. Good aftertaste. I am impressed.

On tap at Porterhouse Central. Pour is close to black with a very small white head. Aroma and flavor of slight fruit, roasted malt, semi-sweet chocolate, and a bit of salt. Finish is a bit sweet, but thin.

Birra scura impenetrabile. Carbonazione assente e perfetta. Corpo pienissimo. Ottimo esempio dello stile.

Reddish brown color, small tan head. Lots of lacing. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Aroma has a mix of red and dark fruits and roasted malt. Taste is ... Well, something different for me. Red and dark fruits are still there, lots of roasted malt, sea salt and some strange, interesting notes that simply must be oysters. Finish is very salty but also surprisingly hoppy. Salty feel stays for a long time. Very interesting, very tasty... Too bad it lacks body.
