COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with fresh oyster. A smooth drinking aromatic stout with a discernible but unidentifiable aromatic aspect. Not suitable for vegetarians. This gently flavored stout has a roast malt character, full body and an aromatic character from the Goldings hops. Fresh oysters added during the brewing process, lend a discernible yet unidentifiable note.

Almost black, clear, small head. Not very pleasant aroma; bit caramel and roasty and someting that i couldnt name, probably those oysters. Taste: dry, breadish, roasty, bit salty, some tartness. Plus for flavour, minus for aroma.

Black colour, big beige head and decent lacing. Moderate aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and licorice with hint of seasalt note (maybe oyster?). Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, light sour and minimal salty. Finish is short. Medium carbonation. Low to medium body (quite watery). Decent stout with perciptible salty note.

W smaku dość pełne i gładkie. Słody palone bardziej wyczuwalne, pojawia się trochę lurowatej kawy, karmel i kakao. Goryczka niska, ziołowa i lekko ściągająca. Piwo pozostawia w ustach posmak palonego słonecznika.

Love the colour, totally sweet with the coffee and chocolate taste. Clearly a stout, with the thick roasted feel. Could have been heavier.

Vienna Craft Beer Fest 2015. Pour is close to black with a very small white head. Aroma and flavor of slight fruit, roasted malt, semi-sweet chocolate, and a bit of salt.

Very distinctive oyster aftertaste, body not that full as expected. Strong and pleasant hops flavour. A bit irritating label :"Brewed by man".

WYGLĄD: Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzyste. Piana drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, krótka, oblepia szkło.
AROMAT: Średnio intensywny. Zapach ciemnych słodów. Kakao, delikatna paloność. W tle czuć ostrygi (lekko słony, morski zapach).
SMAK: Słodowe. Odrobina paloności. Lekko kwaskowe. Wodniste.
OGÓLNIE: Pewnie, gdyby nie te ostrygi byłoby to zupełnie przeciętne. Nadal takie jest, ale dodatkowo "specyficzne".

Pitch black, minimal tan head. Nice coffee aroma. Taste of spices, oysters, ginger. Thin body, soft carbonation. Tasty. //bottle at Graz craft beer festivam
