COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with fresh oyster. A smooth drinking aromatic stout with a discernible but unidentifiable aromatic aspect. Not suitable for vegetarians. This gently flavored stout has a roast malt character, full body and an aromatic character from the Goldings hops. Fresh oysters added during the brewing process, lend a discernible yet unidentifiable note.

Black beer with a creamy off white head. Quite a nice stout with a strange taste which is obviously caused by the oysters. Not the breweries best beer but a nice addition to the range.

Dublin-07. The beer I tired in Dublin. Pours black with nice lasting creamy white head. A real nice assertive roasty taste with earthy/salty notes. Great beer!

Black color with a thick Guinness-like head. Sweet and sugary aroma. Earthy taste, some bitter malt and a little salty finish, likely from the oyster. Quite tasty.

I am a vegetarian, but I had to try it... sorry... oysters. Off white creamy head. Dark brown coloration. Normal stout aroma. Very little oyster flavor actually, so I don’t really think that it lived up to the name and hence made my breaking of my dietary choices a vain pursuit. Standard stout taste with the coffee and chocolate malts.

Draft, brewery. Good stout, everything blends together nicely. Has a nice roasty taste to it. Had a couple of pints of it.
