COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with fresh oyster. A smooth drinking aromatic stout with a discernible but unidentifiable aromatic aspect. Not suitable for vegetarians. This gently flavored stout has a roast malt character, full body and an aromatic character from the Goldings hops. Fresh oysters added during the brewing process, lend a discernible yet unidentifiable note.

Carbonazione assente e perfetta. Corpo pienissimo. Ottimo esempio dello stile.

Reddish brown color, small tan head. Lots of lacing. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Aroma has a mix of red and dark fruits and roasted malt. Taste is ... Well, something different for me. Red and dark fruits are still there, lots of roasted malt, sea salt and some strange, interesting notes that simply must be oysters. Finish is very salty but also surprisingly hoppy. Salty feel stays for a long time. Very interesting, very tasty... Too bad it lacks body.

0,25l on tap at Fiorello pub Rijeka. Clear dark mahogany liquid with average tan foam. Light to medium body, no carbonation. Watery. I’m probably crazy but I can feel something fishy in it. Medium finish, bitterish and salty. Strange one but I like it. Never tasted anything like this.

Bottle@home. Dark brown. Two finger well lasting foam. Clear. Roasted slight coffee notes. Flavours give you a hint of sharpness wich may be due to the oysters. Salty! Fine complex brew.
