COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with fresh oyster. A smooth drinking aromatic stout with a discernible but unidentifiable aromatic aspect. Not suitable for vegetarians. This gently flavored stout has a roast malt character, full body and an aromatic character from the Goldings hops. Fresh oysters added during the brewing process, lend a discernible yet unidentifiable note.

33 cl bottle.
Pours dark red-brown color with a large beige head. Slightly milky aroma with cocoa and faint chocolate, some distant orange peel notes on the background. Creamy and a bit fluffy palate, surprisingly fruity flavor, orange and some gooseberries, some bitter malts and faint cocoa notes. Lingering lactic finish. Not as good as I expected but decent anyway.

Black body and frothy stable head. Not crazily rich in aroma, but roasted dark malts bit soy like, bit licorice root. Quite acidic actually, with roasted malts and a bit nutty and saline. Quite mineral like, like bone dry white wine can be but with a chocolate malt base. Nice beer in the style. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bičre)

Tař @ Cardinal. Black with a thick and creamy tan head. Sweet and roasty, malt dominated aroma. Hints of chocolate and liquorice. Taste is sweet with moderate roast and loads of ash. Slightly pungent. Quite light bodied, almost watery and softly carbonated.

Bouteille. Bootlegger (Paris). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Svart farve beige skum. Lukt av rřstet malt, og krydder. Smak av rřstet malt, krydder og en noe rar, sřt - salt smak...kan det vćre en form for sopp...

330ml bottle. Ruby red glowing, darkest brown colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Roasty dark malty aroma, a salty touch, somehow sweet-ish, floral overtones, lavernder, bath salt. Taste is slightly roasty dark malty, moderately sweet, slightly fruity, hints of dark berries, plum, a touch of chocolate, lavender, bath salt; slightly soapy finish. All this soapy and salty stuff is reasonably fascinating at first sight, and may make you puzzling over its origin (oyster?); but further contemplation leads to the conclusion, whatever the origin is, its result, in the end, isn’t that damn f...in’ tasty either.

God duft av frukter, sjokolade og vanilje. Dyp sort farge. Lite skum, liten ring langs kant. Nydelig fruktig smak med en anelse sjokolade.

.33l bottle at Belgrade tasting. Black rich pour, foamy off-white head. Very sweet liquor, traditional english-style stout, some roasty notes. But also some sweet salt water. Very sweet, more than I like.
