Aug 22, 2008 Good porter on draught at the Porterhouse in Dublin. Pours dark brown/black. Aroma is nice, almost spicy. Taste is of dark malt, light carmel flavors present.

Aug 9, 2008 Very dark brown coloured beer with some light carbonation and a small off-white head. Roasted light sweet aroma, rather little aroma actually. Full creamy bodied palate. Finish is roasted, creamy sweet sith some roasted barley touches, smouther near the end. Not bad.

Fresh flavour with licorice and coffee.
