"At last an Irish Red Ale with a traditional hop flavour to balance the fruit character of the yeast and the luscious caramel flavour notes delivered from the malts used, as opposed to artificially added."
Ingedients: Pale, Crystal, Wheat and Chocolate Malts; Galena, Nugget and East Kent Golding hops.

As Dublin Red, on tap at Dva Tona Bar, Split.
Darker amber body. Off white "nitroish" head. Weak malty nose, notes of peach and maaaybe caramel. Quite smooth (no surprise there) malty taste. Caramel, simple maltiness, some woody notes. Quite light bitterness. Not entirely bad, the point of this style still eludes me, but hey, simple, pleasant, maybe would work as a gateway beer, and, unlike so many beers of its kind, have a point like that.

Keg at The Porterhouse, Covent Garden, London. Brown to amber with short white head. Cardboard notes from the start, dry, thin malty. Not very good.

Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Pours dark amber with a creamy & milky off-white head. Nose has an interesting touch of mint, floral with some Chinese medicinal herbs. Taste it touch mint, iron (which is also a note I got in their Hop head beer, interesting), grass, grains, lightly sweetish, metals & faint Chinese herbs. Touch watery mouth feel, not very exiting but manageable & okay brew.

Color marrón. Turbia, con espuma de tamaño medio. Aromas muy marcados a malta, caramelo y toffee. Sabor muy persistente a caramelo, frutos secos. Amargor medio, equilibrada. Buena cerveza.

Classic red ale from the best Brewpub you can find in Dublin. Malt caramel and medium alcohol. Good carbonatation and nice head.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours an unsurprising red with a creamy, long-lasting white head. Caramel, demerara, and floral hops on the aroma. Fruitiness comes out on the taste, with more sweetness, and a hint of bitterness. Creamy texture, medium bodied, high carbonation. Not bad, but the sweet finish puts me off getting more.

Tap at Porterhouse. Think malt, malt and more malt. Caramel, toffee overload. Biscuity too. Just a bit boring to be honest

Complex and strong flavour, resembles grape wine in flavour and aftertaste, sweety aroma.
