Commercial Description:
Cold filtered and kegged. Also available bottled.
"At last an Irish Red Ale with a traditional hop flavour to balance the fruit character of the yeast and the luscious caramel flavour notes delivered from the malts used, as opposed to artificially added."
Ingedients: Pale, Crystal, Wheat and Chocolate Malts; Galena, Nugget and East Kent Golding hops.

Dublin-07. Copper colour with creamy beige head. A bit of malty/nutty taste, but not enough to convince me to ever drink this one again.

Light amber coloured beer with a small off-white head and almost no carbonation. Rather light creamy aroam with some light malty and caramel touches. Creamy full palate. Finish is bitter, little caramel roasted touched with a longer light bitter ending. Nice irish ale.

Draught at Porterhouse Central; dublin. Deep amber with a small, creamy head. Light toffee-notes in the aroma. Dry and woody bitternes. Cocoa and chocolate-toffee in the flavour.

Clear reddish amber with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with caramel and grassy notes. Sweet caramel flavor with grainy and malty notes.

(Draught at Porterhouse on 2008-07-07) Amber. Clear. Medium-sized white dense head. Light malty nose. Full palate with some carbonation. Some lightly roasted malts, Hint of bread and bitterness in taste.
