Dublin-07. Pours nice copper colour with minimal head. This one had a really nice floural hoppy aroma, and some nice bitterness.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, peat - smoked, herby. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Bitternes is peat - smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (040808)

Sep 8, 2008 Cask at GBBF08. Clear dark chestnut colour. Good frothy white head. The flavour starts off roasted, turns a little spicy but not very good. Slightly rough bitterness in the finish.

Sep 1, 2008 Third pint, draught. Bronze-coloured body under a fragile ring of bubbles. Some hints of malts in aroma. Vague, but a bit of progressive hop bitterness in flavour. Diluted palate (Sample tray at The Porterhouse London, 05.08.2008).

Aug 16, 2008 Cask. Low fluffy off-white lasting head. Clear amber body. Mild malt aroma with a heavy hops aroma. Pretty sharp and hops dominated flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste.
