Rendition is Portico’s summer seasonal, a Belgian sour wit with hints of raspberry. Brewed with wheat and pale malts, we sour this beer until it is just crisp enough to balance the fruit notes without zapping your taste buds.
Enjoy With: Spring rolls, chips & guac., hamburgers and fish sticks

An amber wit with a thin white head. In aroma, a strange cherry flavoured Halls drops with seltzer, chalk and light bilious notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet cherry banana with epsom salts, a bit of grape bubble gum, not bad. On tap at Somerville Summerfest, July 14 2012.
