Yes, Arthur, there is another stout. Our Irish-style dry stout is brewed with four different malts, roasted barley and whole Chinook hops. We think it’s the best thing this side of St. James’ Gate.

Cask at the brewpub. Cinnamon edition. It’s an almost black one, topped by a creamy, finger-thick beige head leaving lacings. The aroma has burnt malts, coffee, some dried fruits and hints of burnt down bonfire. It’s full-bodied, dry and with a creamy carbonation, and flavors of burnt malts, bonfire, some coffee and prunes. Lasting mostly burnt finish. A tad too boyscout-ish this one, but I sure like it anyway. 150908

Dark brown. Light head. Fudgey, chocolatey and deep aroma - delicious. Balanced, fudgey character. Gets a bit thin and husky (common issue with this brewery). I like the chocolate note, though.

Medium body with a smooth dry texture with flat carbonation. Moderate toasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of average duration. Solid drinkable dry stout.
