4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
What the pale ale lacks in hop flavor, the IPA makes up for. This is their best beer by far and it is a good one. It is strong in taste and pretty strong in alcohol. Great hop in the brew and a nice dry hop finish make this a solid brew and worth a stop on the way to Maine. Don’t get the sampler, just a pint of this.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by B3C. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy complex tart hop aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is another very good beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft @ brew pub on 31 Oct 11. Served in a pint. Bright hazy orange color. Citrus hop nose. Thick full head, some retention. Nice blend of citrus and pine hops, with a decent amount of malt to balance it. Nothing that will blow away an IPA lover but… it is a very clean and refreshing. Bitterness is moderate. Could be borderline hoppy APA or a light, mild IPA. Good overall.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle thanks to James. Pours a clear golden amber with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has a note of citrus with some grassy and pine backing and just a bit of bread. Flavor has a good amount of resinous pine with some bread backing and the bitterness mellows to a malty finish.
