3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tasted on tap at brewery. Nice amber color with white head and good lacing. Strong floral hops aroma. Taste is not near as bitter as the aroma would leave you to believe. Low bitterness for a pale ale with a crisp and effervescent. I taste a hint of vanilla in the aftertaste. Tastes different than most pale ales but I like it.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
It looks cloudy with a copper/golden color and a medium white head. The aroma is equal parts hops and malt. The aroma is bread, citrus, nuts and something I can’t put my nose on. The taste is somewhat even. It is more sweet than anything but it also has a bitter hint. It has a medium body with a somewhat creamy texture. The finish is light bitter and sweet.
This is a damn good beer and seeing as how it comes 1.5hr south of me I can probably put up the money for bar price.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
@Weilands Market in Columbus. Hazy dirty amber with pillowy head that drops to a head cover, curtains of lace. Taste is caramel malt with hay and toast, joined midway through by assertive hops that, while strong, allow the malt to continue to share. Well conceived and quite drinkable.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle pour deep golden. Nose sweet malt belgian ester almost, some floral/fruity hop. Taste bitter bite up front. Strong malt then fruity sweet with some spice. Bitter finish. I would believe that this was made with belgian yeast from some of the fruit and spice.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 ounce bottle stamped with 12229070130811 on it, I have absolutely no idea what that means. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy amber color with a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. The brew smells like bready malt/wheat, along with some earthy/spicy hops. It tastes similar to the aroma, but with the addition of a bit of dried fruit and some grapefruit. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick and smooth. Not a bad brew at all, bought a single bottle at Weiland’s. If I’m ever in the area I’ll have to stop in and try this fresh. I’ll have to try some of their other brews if I ever come across them.
