Hand-bottle sample shared by Chuck. The beer pours to a glowing amber body with no head. The aroma is strange. Grape jelly and dankness. The flavor is not too bad. Simple pale malts and simple sweet hops. Not interesting with an average palate. Pass.

Hand-bottled sample thanks to Chuck. Smells like old concord grape jelly and cardboardy malt. The flavor is weak & watery - light caramel malt and light lactic acid; finishes with leafy bitterness.

Reddish almost cough syrupy color w/ a tiny whisp of head. weird aroma some light toasty malts very light.. can’t really place the odd aroma. Palate is water. Flavor is very light some corn like aroams a good caramel a touch of toast... very light.. easy to drink... serve it cold it would go right down.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber-orange color with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly. Thin sheet of lace. Mildly malty aroma with touches of fruit. Light, smooth body with a sweet toasted malt character along with slight hops and citrus flavors. The finish is short and sweetly malty with a bit of a hops aftertaste. Just average overall.

Draft at brewpub. Poured dark amber with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate toasted malty and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium smooth bittersweet finish of moderate duration.
