Hazy dirty blond color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, light clove, wheat, citrus, and toast. Taste of toffee, vanilla, citrus fruits, salt, and a spicy finish.

Nice growler, mostly clear medium tan-gold. Big, yeasty, sweetish malt aroma. A little tangy, spritzy, moderate hopping. Spicing and salt are noticable in the finish, but very well done. Pretty crisp finish with some sourness. The crew that I was sampling with agreed that this was a pretty drinkable beer. Thanks to LuckyDog for haulilng the growler back from the brewpub.

22oz Bottle thanks to JohnGalt1. Pours out a hazy golden/brown topped with a fluffy head. Aroma was of citrus, spice, a lot like a hef. Taste was more hef than anything else. With the spice, and light citrus notes.

GABF 2010. Had one after the other with the Gordon Biersch and Golden City, and all 3 were great- hard to tell which was the best. This poured a light hazed greenish gold with a nice head. Aroma is fresh doughy bready malts, pilsner, wheat, light coriander citrus spice, hint of seasalt. Flavor is a bit more salty, not as tart- low acid, good wheat, crisp clean malts, and light spices, smooth, clean and easy drinking- fresh. Good stuff.

Wow! Interesting brew! I got a 22 oz. bottle at the brew pub gift shop. The color was a muddy water color. Almost no head, yet the little that remand left lacing in my glass. Aroma is mostly coriander with a bit of seawater air (like a day at the beach) The taste is subtle wheat flavors accentuated by a light fruity flavor with a distinctly sour finish. Yes, it was salty, too. Im a big fan of Belgian Wit beers, so I get the coriander as I drink as well as the finish. I really like this one. I hope they brew it more often. Im going back to the brew pub tomorrow to buy more before its gone!
