20080729 Tap at brewpub. Pale, hazy golden with tall white head. Mild sweet lime notes and a punch of ginger. Bit slick to finish. I liked this one best of the visit for its uniqueness and for how appropriate it seemed on this hot day.

Herbal aroma. Really interesting flavor; the Thai herbs and spices come through big time. It’s like drinking liquid Pad Thai without the peanuts, and it is good!

Okay, everything in the description, I hate in a beer...but this wasn’t half bad. Murky looking wheat beer. The taste was a not half bad american wheat base with a blend of odd spices, ginger was notable, but not overpowering. I can’t say I really enjoyed it, but I expected to hate it as this style just isn’t my thing. Worth trying.

Draught. Semi hazy, orange, with small white head. Lemon and faint spice in aroma. Flavor is light and lemony (kind of like an air freshener). End is slightly hoppy--the dryness and wheatiness clash (in a pleasant way!). Refreshing.

I had this beer on tap at the brewery. Poured into a imperial pint glass with a nice two fingers worth of white head on top of a hazy golden yellowish brown body the head turns to a thin halo of lace around the glass Tons of lemon and lime aromas on this brew. Quite interesting a nice change for the summer The taste is very much like the nose you get the citrus lemon lime going for it along with some ginger. Nice and light on the tongue not much carbonation, I wish it had more. A very drinkable brew had a few for lunch. This is a Great refreshing brew on a hot day. A good blend of spices keeps it from getting dull in your mouth
