Draft @ Brew Pub served in a pilsner glass. Clear gold piss color. Small white head, no lace. Aroma is grainy, slight earthy notes and citrus hops. Taste is pretty much the same. Light to medium body. Average beer, but at least its drinkable. Nothing really interesting here. This is for sure made to keep the masses happy. I can’t really say anything bad about it but with some many other interesting brews at the pub, I don’t ever see ordering another.

Tap at brewery. Pours slightly hazy gold with average, creamy white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma is cereal and biscuit malts, citrus and floral hops, lemon, apples, and light toast. Flavor is citrus and grassy hops forward with supporting bready malts, light fruit esters, and faint spice; dry, lightly bitter finish. Medium body and low carbonation.
3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 criley2 (40) - Portland, Maine, USA - SEP 15, 2012
Perhaps the lightest ipa I’ve ever had. I was in the mood for something heavy but was pleasantly suprised by this beer drinkability and without sacrificing much on flavor

In short: A clean light APA with focus on piney hops. Nice thirst quencher
How: Bottle 22oz. Consumed fresh (maybe fresh) a few weeks after it was given to me, thanks Scott
The look: Cloudy golden body topped by a small white head
In long: Nose is softly hopped with some green pine-needles and a floral component. Taste has a crisp and discreet semi-toasted malt backbone, very dry and crackery, a cross between regular salted crackers and Melba Toasts™. The beer also has a fluffy yeasty presence that actually help creating a fuller mouthfeel sensation. Then the hopping, surprisingly assertive, lots of dry pine-tree, some bitter grapefruits, sharp green pine-needles. Medium intensity bitterness. Not to say this is a hop-bomb, but the hops dominate the discreet malt backbone. I liked this beer, A light body, very clean and crisp. A light body thirst quencher for the bitter piney hops lovers. Nothing special here but I’d still drink gallons of this beer, because I love beer and I don’t care about the studies that say that excessive alcohol consumption causes short term memory loss, it’s just a bunch of wimp scientists who can’t handle beer, I wouldn’t be surprised if next publish a study about excessive alcohol consumption causing short term memory loss. Pffff..
3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 auerbrau (2952) - Peace Dale, Rhode Island, USA - JUL 7, 2012
22oz Bottle. Citrusy, yeasty aroma. A nip of styrofoam and pineapple. This really falls apart in the flavor department in my opinion. Flavors push out a gamey, meaty English style hop mess and Mild-malt flavor. I think some of the mild ale characteristics are okay, but the American hops are disastrous. Nutty. I was expecting some really nice mini-IPA hop flavors, but I just got a messy English Pale ale. Not a successful attempt at hybridization.

Had this today at the brewery.
Pours a slightly cloudy deep golden color with a thinnish white head that displays minimal retention and moderate lace. Smell is a nice balance of citrus and earthy hops with a smattering of bready sweet malt. Taste follows the smell fairly well. Medium to thin body, moderate level of carbonation, sticky resinous mouthfeel. Nice little session ale I could have sat there all day drinking these if I lived closer.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 deyholla (4787) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA - SEP 25, 2011
Bottle thanks to Jblauvs! Pours a near clear gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has a good combination of grapefruit, pine and floral hops with a bit of resin and sweet grains coming out in the finish. Flavor has a similar combination of pine and grapefruit that becomes a bit more floral in the finish. Really nice.

Clear golden, just off-white head. Pine and malt nose, bigger malt presence. Pine hop flavor, thinner palate. Pine is most dominant.
