1l, thanks to Mirko. Cloudy in the bottle. Starts dry, nice smooth. The mainpart is Speierling-like tart, very nice apple flavour. A bit watery. The aftertaste is medium, nice flavoured, tart but a bit watery.
--> nice refreshing, but a bit watery.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle 100cl. @ ChrisO Snow Tasting.
Unclear matt medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, sour apples Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart apple, sour apple, sweet apples, rubber notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. I will like some off farmyard - wood that you get in UK ciders .. this one is okay and quit refreshing.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
1L bottle (Snow@ChrisO)
A pleasant cider. Nice apple fruit aroma. Sharp and a little acidic in the mouth. Very drinkable, but neither as exciting as an English style nor as sophisticated as a Celtic style.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared with McTapps. Appears a bit watery but comes with some sour apples, granny Smith for example, in the aroma. Taste is sourly and watery but in the end this is a nice one.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Big bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Now when you expect some over-sugared British Bulmers-like cider you may be disappointed big time. This one here is a typical German kind of Apfelwein or Most that comes in quite sour, dry and honest. As my dad does this kind of "cider" himself I really like it and it comes near to his. Would buy it every time again.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at ChrisO Snow tasting, thanks to Jan. It pours very pale yellow with a small bubbly white head. The nose is apple, light tartness, some acidity and vomit. The taste is tart apple, Granny Smith apple, lemon, sour pear and some vomit with a dry, tart finish. Medium bod and lowish carbonation. Fairly one-dimensional, but smooth and easy drinking.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London - and a rather fetching, 1L bottle at that, I might add! Pours pale yellow with essentially no head. Light apple nose. Light sweet flavor, some tangy apples, apple skins. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately dry finish, bits of must, restrained apple sugars. Actually somewhat refreshing.

Bottle (1000ml): Pale greenish-golden, almost clear, no head, light to moderate nose of sourish apples with a tinge of yeast and a touch of malic (lactic?) acid; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, relatively soft; mild traces of citric acid in the tart and fruity finish.
