Tried warm and cold. While it was a little bit strange drinking it cold, it was really nice when it was warm. It surely is a great option to replace the regular Glühwein made with red wine. Taste of apples, cinnamon, cloves and christmas.

Bottle. Lightly hazy gold. Aromas are baked apple and raisins with festive spices. Caramel notes with lemon and orange rind. Light alcohol with hints of brandy. Flavours are sweet stewed apple with caramel and warming spices. Tastes headier than it is. Nice

Bottled. Drunk hot. An amber cider. The aroma has notes of apples and spices of which cinnamon is most dominant. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and spices - again cinnamon is most dominant, leading to a dry finish.

Golden color. A nice aroma of cinnamon is perceived from the distance. Luckily this one is sweeter and less acidic than a few other Possmann ciders, therefore more appropriate for the spicing; there is basically no fruit flavor anyway. I had it cold, and i think it gives the best so. Pleasant, non-cider drink.

Bottle @ Papsø. Served warm. Pours a clear golden color with no head. Has a fruity spicy cinnamon apple aroma. Fruity spicy apple flavor with hints of cinnamon. Has a fruity spicy apple finish.

Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, spicy apple, spices, christmas spices, sweet sweet. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma has notes of sweet apples and spices. Taste is medium sweet. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is flat.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small off white bubbly head. Cinnamon and sugar. Apple-fruitcake. Low carbonation. Sweet but ends pretty dry.
