Bottle: Pale golden with a greenish sheen, quite clear, sweet apples with traces of apple-pips in the nose; mainly sweet flavour, not cloying, light bodied; sweetish apple-juice and some traces of real cider in the short and mild finish.A too sweet, but easy-drinking cider…

Smell’s like ripe apples and, but looks a little darker than most clear ciders. On the palette the first taste is like fresh apple juice, with no after taste of alcohol. Not to clingy on the finish. Could be a better session cider than most.

Bottle from total wine. I’d never had a German cider so what the heck. "Serve over ice," the label said. OK, I figured, if you say so. It doesn’t smell too bad, just like apple juice with a hint of alcohol. Pours light yellow with an abundant head for a cider (due to the ice?). But the flavor - man. This is pretty dire stuff. Now I see why you need the ice! Too sweet, not the good JK’s way, but rather in a green Jolly Rancher fashion. I could drink this if I had to, but I’ve got a fridge full of fresh pilsners. I think I’ll dump this and move along to some I’d actually enjoy.

[Bottle] Sampled at Cider Summit Chicago 2015. Clear yellow pour with lively carbonation. Aromas of bruised apples and sweet perfume notes. Sweet apple juice flavors. Lingering residual sugar in the finish. One-dimensional and a little too sweet for my liking.

(bottle - 350 ml) Pale gold with a fizzy white head. Sweet apple juice aroma with a hint of honey. Flavor is sweet and fruity with a light honey and candy apple sweetness.

Aroma is fruit, slightly perfumed apples and a hint of artificial sweetness. The flavor is apples, band-aid, mild sweetness and a medium tart finish.

Pours very pale & perfectly clear with a lot of medium sized bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass.

The aroma is dominantly of tart apples, it’s got some clay & light wet limestone. It’s sweet smelling, but it’s far far from apple soda, in fact it’s got a lot of elements I look for in a nice cider bouquet.

The flavor is fairly sweet, but not horribly so. It’s dominantly red apple with a mild tartness. The minerallity lingers in a very pleasant way. Definitely not complex, but very drinkable cider in and of it’s self.

Single from New Beer Distros. Restocked cider shelf. Yay! 11.9oz bottle. Huh? Fluted Tulip.

Clear, bubbly, 14k gold body.
Ticklish nose. Smells of bittersweet, slightly sharp, cooked apples. Straw, table sugar, coarse skin.
Taste is mostly sweet & mild, with an underlying cooked apple/caramelized sugar richness to it. Middling bitterness. Soft acid, light tartness. Drying oak on the finish. Not too hostile sulfites. A bit slick. Not too bubbly.

On the better side of six pack ciders. Somewhat flabby & probably too sweet, but a decent option at $10/4pk.

Bottle with friends. A light clear yellow appearance with a tiny white head. Pure apple juice, lightly spicy aroma. Just tastes like apple juice as well. Hard to tell it’s a hard cider.

Bottle @ AirBNB Palace. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Caramel, tart apple, and sweet juice on the nose. A touch of sugar, vanilla, and more apple juice. Flavor is sweet apple juice, caramel, and vanilla. Lots of sweetness with just a subtle apple tartness.
