| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 11, 2007 I was forced into drinking this one by sliffy and nolankowal. Very spicy with pumpkin flavors. Malty with a orange color. Sweet with just an annoying spiciness to it. sliffy (1966), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 11, 2007 Bottle with a dubious thanks to nolankowal for "sharing" (drinking less of it): Thanks john: Amber color with an off white head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, and some pumpkin. Smelled too much like Jack’s pumpkin spice. Flavor, spicy, sweet malts, a bit bready, and some pumpkin flavors. Not good. sneagrams3 (1738), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jan 10, 2007 12 oz bottle. Filtered amber hue. Strong aromas of cinnamon and ginger and nutmeg. Slight vanilla note. Medium bodied and sweet. An almost immediate bitter middle into the finish. Lively but bitter. Nice spice flavor. A little too bitter for my liking. Nice alcohol subtlety and sticky hop finish. EithCubes (2146), Indiana, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 9, 2007 Bottle. Sweet and vegetal aroma. Wow, a pumpkin beer with pumpkin flavors, fancy that. Might be a first. Also cloves/coriander and either nutmeg or allspice. Orange-amber pour with a foamy beige head. Taste is moderately dry, balanced by a light bittersweetness. Pumpkin flavor at the fore, spicy body, but a good blend of components into something new. Light body seems thicker than it is because of all the smoothness. Dry and pleasantly malty aftertaste. Really one of the more laid-back and enjoyable pumpkin beers I’ve had - very drinkable. rauchbier (2996), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 6, 2007 Bottle, courtesy of John White. Orange-amber, moderate lasting white head and moderate condition. Initial dominant aromas of American hops is soon muted by spices and a caramel maltiness, sweet malt and spicy cinnamon in the mouth but overall quite thin, gently dry finish with a touch of cinnamon and ginger.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 1, 2007 Hmmm. maybe I’m just used to the over-spiced varieties of pumpkin ales I’ve had this year, but this one was rather bland in comparison. Probably a better beer overall, but I can’t really think of anything remarkable about it. Nice, smooth and pumpkiny. I’d drink it again. Magicdave6 (5463), London, Greater London, England
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 24, 2006 My first pumpkin ale. Disapointing in about everyway appart from appearance but then i was hoping a bit much perhaps. Aroma is minimal, pumpkin buttern squash, light cinimmin spice. Taste is quite as bland and minimal, i really like brooklyn so not my fav from them.
