golden orange, off white head. doughy malt aroma with the whole pumkin spice alliance floating above the glass. starts full and sweet with honey, vanilla, malt and spice but fades out very quickly. not bad

clear, pale orange coloration, active carbonation, flush, creamy white head, thick and pockmarked with craters and bubbles. Nose is lush and vegetal, spices speak up, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and pumpkinny, too. Bright and flavorful in the mouth, though not too full on the palate. Earthy taste, distinctive texture, i feel like I’m in the pumpkin patch with this one sliding down my gullet. A cheerful, sweet, just-so spicy, and highly quaffable, malt-dominated brew. Tasty, and a joy to toss back. Surely a sessionable pumpkin ale...i can see myself tolerating a handful of them at a time.

Poured kind of orange, with nice head. I taste the cinnamin nutmeg, and the pumpkin. This was on draft and excedded my expectations. Kind of sweet, finished good. I liked this more then any other pumpkin so far.

Pours a fiery amber with a small white head. Nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice in the nose with some floral hops. The taste includes the above plus pumpkin, toasted malt and caramel - moderately sweet. Has ample hop bitterness to back it up. Nicely balanced. Full, round and creamy on the palate with lively carbonation. No lacing, not much head retention. Overall, pretty good.

Bottle pours deep amber, small fizzly white head, soft carbonation, with spotty lacing.   Subtle spices & malts on the nose.   Nutmeg, cimmamon, and some allspice flavor, but its quite soft.   A bit of cooked vegetable too.   Light body, medium mouthfeel.   Finishes fairly quick.   Not as spiced as I would have liked, but not bad.   Thanks goes out to ClarkVV for the trade!

Orange/brown hazy body with a thin white head. Aroma is a spicy scent of cinnamon, brown sugar, and pumpkin. Flavor was a sweet malt backbone supporting a sort of liquid pumpkin pie, with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. Pumpkin flavor became noticeably stronger as the beer warmed. This one was especially good when used to wash down a slice of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Only complaint: mouthfeel was a little thin for a beer with such assertive flavors. Otherwise, quite a treat.

Orange body (go figure), with a white head. Aroma is fairly spicey over pumpkin and a hint of malt. Flavour is likewise, with spice - nutmeg, some cinnamon - dominating the flavour, some pumpkin. Decen palate, touch watery at times. Nice but wasn’t really hitting the right chords for me today. Thanks to M&J for bringing this back from NYC.

I’m not usually a big fan of pumpkin ales, but these guys definitely know how to do it right. There’s a nice spicey smell to this beer from the start with a strong hint of pumpkin. Very tasty.
