Post Road Pumpkin Ale is a revival of a beer brewed by the early American colonists. Pumpkins were plentiful, flavorful and nutritious and they blended nicely with barley malt. Hundreds of pumpkins are blended into each batch of Post Road Pumpkin Ale, creating a beer with an orange amber color, warm pumpkin aroma, biscuity malt center and crisp finish. Post Road Pumpkin Ale is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Middle of post road for me... Crisp ale with more hops than other speciality pumpkin beers. Just doesn't have that full flavor others do. Very drinkable and a "taste of fall" - I guess for this style I would rather have one or two full flavored than this one. The hops and pumpkin together taste alittle soapy to me but very clean Finish. Aroma is average- ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The beer has a nice amber / red color with a white foam, however, wears off quickly. The scent is spiced with cinnamon and cloves, supported by the sweet scent of pumpkin. Moreover felt both malt and hops in the aroma. The taste mouthwatering easily with discreet bitterness and almost no bitterness in the aftertaste.

Originally rated on 10/22/14. Not offensive in any way. Mild sweet pumpkin aroma with muted spices. Smooth clean taste with crisp medium-high carbonation. Pumpkin, cinnamon and vanilla are detectable, but just barely. Decent light pumpkin ale, but probably not one I’ll buy again.

Red copper body, bubbly head. Spices, brown malts. Smooth body, full enough at this abv. It’s far from my favourite style, but this is nice stuff. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Laranja/ âmbar, espuma rala, desfaz rápido no copo. Aroma de biotonico fontoura, doce de abóbora, levemente azedo. Paladar segue bem o aroma, corpo leve/médio. Aftertaste lembra bem doce de festa junina, canela, tendendo para o amargo, não muito agradável

W aromacie sporo dyni i imbiru, pojawia się też miód i karton czyli utlenienie.Lekkie nutki gałki muszkatołowej. W smaku podobnie, dość wytrawne, dynia zdominowana przez karton, imbir fest gryzie w przełyk. Piwo przyjemnie miękkie i pijalne, aczkolwiek nieco nudne.

@ Rolands Mondiale Tasting. Orange-golden and clear with a fine full head. Aroma of spices (nutmeg, coriander amongst them), a bit of pumpkin, a bit sweetish, notes of coffee. Spicy taste, medium bitterness, a bit of caramel. Full and sweetish finish.

This is one of my favorite fall time pumpkin beers. It is smooth and has a distinct pumpkin flavor.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- small pumpkin smell with nutmeg and malt tossed in. Appearance- Looks pumpkin color! Has a small white head. Taste- More malt than pumpkin, just ok for me. Palate- A light to medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Overall- Not a great beer, just average.
