COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The specialty beer of our Post-brewery was brewed with crystal-clear mountain spring water, the best brewing barley from Swabia and Bavaria, natural Dolden hops from the finest areas of the Haller valley, and the Tettnanger district seal as well as pure Weihenstephaner strain yeast. We guarantee maximum wholesomeness and full flavor by using a classic brewing art and long, cold fermentation .

Clear gilden with a medium white head. Aroma had grasst hops, straws and malty notes. Flavour was fairly dry with malts, graasy hops, bread and straw. Finished dry and bitter.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a lightly cloudy golden body with an enormous frothy off-white head. Long lasting head retention and considerable carbonation. Malty aroma.

Clear golden colour with tiny white head. Sweet soda like aroma with some malt. Very simple, hops and malt, in good balance in flavour.

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head on top. Hoppy flavor and nose. Lots of grain, grass and caramel. Medium and smooth palate. Dry and bitter end.

It’s warm golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of grain, malt and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower, fresh grain and the finish is slightly dry. It’s well balanced and very pleasant to drink.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, dry hay and straw, dusty, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091014]
