COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The specialty beer of our Post-brewery was brewed with crystal-clear mountain spring water, the best brewing barley from Swabia and Bavaria, natural Dolden hops from the finest areas of the Haller valley, and the Tettnanger district seal as well as pure Weihenstephaner strain yeast. We guarantee maximum wholesomeness and full flavor by using a classic brewing art and long, cold fermentation .

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, dry hay and straw, dusty, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Vague yet slight spiced aroma. Flavour is mild sweet at first and with a light fruity accent. Dry yet light malt flavour following. Medium dry and light fruity hops finish.

An orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of caramel. The flavor is clean with sweet notes of straw, leading to a dry end.

Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen (Backlog). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, mild stomach acids, some saltyness as well as mild sweet malts. Flavour is grassy, bready and some slight toasted notes along with mild rubbery and metallic notes.

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head on top. Hoppy flavor and nose. Lots of grain, grass and caramel. Medium and smooth palate. Dry and bitter end.

Bottle. Pale golden colour, almost no head. Aroma of flowery hops. Flavour is also hop aromatic, a spicy, flowery hoppiness. A little sweet. Good mouthfeel.
