Pours gold with a white head. Grainy malty aroma with a light sweetness. The flavor has pale malts, a touch of sweetness and some floral hops.

Quite simple, almost ugly nostalgic bottle. My hopes were rather low but once again beer teached me not to judge after looks. The beer comes with a clear golden colour, low steady head and medium to smooth body. Nose of hops. Taste of mild hops with a light bitterness, light malt, straw, honey and leaves. Floral hints. Really nice one for this style, refreshing and quaffable.

One of the smoothest and maybe sweethest Export / Helles of my life. Bit of honey, bit of flowers and a bit of hops. Goes down very, very easy. Could be a great for a long night. Nice surprise.

Tap. It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and it’s being served pretty warm. The aroma has mild notes of malt and flower. The flavor is light to moderately sweet with notes of flower, malt and light bread.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Könnte man durchaus öfters trinken

Countbeer (2862) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - NOV 13, 2011
Bottle: Medium to a lightly bigger vast white foamy head on top of a piss yellow bright yellow colored beer. Smell malts, pilsmalt, hops, herbs and a hint of honey. Taste is better balanced than their landbier: malts, hint of caramel, hops, hint of honey, herbs, low to medium bitter. Nice honey hoppy malty herby aftertaste. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture. Pretty good tasting.
