Ungstrup (11154), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 15, 2005 A red-brown beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of caramel as well as roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of caramel. All in all a very lightly drinkable beer. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 16, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Very pretty reddish brown beer with a small, dense head that leaves a pretty lacework in my glass. Malty, slightly nutty character without much sweetness and only a moderate bitterness. Dry - almost reminding me of an English Bitter. 120101 sk8viking (6077), Copenhagen, Denmark Sep 27, 2005 Bottle. Orange brown colour with a medium tan head. Light sweet malty fruity aroma and taste. Medium body and a light dry finish. MiP (5081), Flensburg, Germany Nov 23, 2005 Bottle. Pale chestnut colour, unstable head. Quite malty flavour, some spicy aroma hops. Nicely roasted maltiness.
