On tap @ De Geuzen. Golden colour, white head. Very faint fruity aroma. Flavour is thin, fruity, slightly yeasty and malty. Very weak flavours. Maybe it’s better when bottled, I don’t know.

BeerBiker (1412) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 21, 2007
[Sampled in 2004 in France.] Just a another nice ale picked up on the bike tour in a small supermarked. Welltasting after a long day and a rather swallower despite the 7 %. Fruits, honey, wheat and yeasty bitterness in the finish.

Spicy and yeasty, like said, some oranges and hops. Full and quite tasty, soft mouthfeel which is a bit easier than most bottle fermented ales. Ok, but there’s something to this blond belgian style that makes it really boring and this is no exception.
