2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Allen (2673) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 25, 2010
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale yellow beer with a bubbly, quick diminishing average-sized white head which doesn’t leave much lace. Aroma of DMS, pale malt and earthy hops. Good balance and nice bitterness. Bready malt profile. Apple sneaking in. Dry finish. An average pils at best- I don’t care much for the boiled vegetable component. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!
